Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using AI Opportunity Hub, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

AI Opportunity Hub is a discovery and matching platform. We aggregate AI news, allow users to post skills and tasks, and automatically match content where useful. We are not a party to any transaction between users, and we do not guarantee the quality, legality, or safety of any skill or task posted on the platform.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post (skills, tasks, comments). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, translate, and match that content for the purpose of operating the platform. You confirm that you have the right to post everything you submit, and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not post content that is illegal, misleading, infringing, or harmful. Skills and tasks related to weapons, surveillance, scams, or non-consensual activities are prohibited. Moderators may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Off-Platform Contact

Skills and tasks include user-supplied contact methods. The platform does not intermediate communication or transactions conducted through these methods. You are responsible for verifying counterparties before any engagement. The platform is not liable for off-platform disputes.

6. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, that abuse the platform, or that remain inactive for an extended period. Suspended users may request review by contacting support.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is registered. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
